Can I try Pro features before committing?

Absolutely. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card required. At the end of your trial, you can choose to upgrade or continue with the Free plan.

How does per-seat pricing work?

You only pay for team members who need full access. Viewer-only seats are free on all plans. A "seat" is any team member who can upload interviews, create findings, or run AI analysis.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current features remain active until the end of your billing period.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, your existing data remains accessible in read-only mode. You can always upgrade again to regain full access.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or academic teams?

Yes, we offer 50% off Pro plans for verified nonprofit organizations and academic research teams. Contact us at support@researchplayer.com with proof of eligibility.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for Enterprise customers. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount.
